


She is an APA Co-Founder of the Clinical Practice Enrichment Series, which offers continuing education workshops for Mental Health Professionals in Philadelphia, New York and the Pacific Northwest. She is a former faculty member of Curtis Institute of Music.

Jack has held senior leadership positions (as Chief Financial Officer of both public and private companies) as well as consulting positions in a variety of industries including home health care services and medical devices, high technology products, construction and financial services. In addition, Jack has held senior consulting positions with an employee benefits consulting firm and Ernst & Young (as a Partner in their Entrepreneurial Services Group). In addition, he has had considerable international experience, including a residency in Belgium.
Jack received his BS in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University having graduated as an Evan Pugh Scholar. He currently serves as IMPP’s Treasurer. Jack also serves as a Board Member for Majors Miracle Network (a non profit serving victims of sexual assault).





University and courses in the history and technique of psychoanalysis at the Institute for Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia and at the Colorado Center for Modern
Psychoanalytic Studies. He is an ordained Presbyterian clergyman and served for over twenty years as Pastoral Associate at the Presbyterian Church on the Mall in Plymouth Meeting PA. He has also served on the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health’s Faith and Spiritual Affairs Advisory Board and recently chaired the organizing committee for the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organization’s 2025 annual conference on “Justice, Organizations, and Psychoanalysis.” He is also Coordinator and Instructor in the Modern Psychoanalysis & Organizational Life course series for the Institute for Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia 2024-present.

Psychoanalysis. Dr. Irey joined the Institute for Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia (IMPP) in 2010 and currently serves as a Faculty Member, Board Member, Training Analyst, and Clinical Supervisor. In her private practice, Dr. Irey provides long-term therapy rooted in
psychodynamic and eclectic approaches, working with adults and adolescents across a wide range of emotional and relational concerns. Her clinical work emphasizes emotional growth, psychological insight, and the central role of relational dynamics in well-being. As a Board Member, Dr. Irey is committed to advancing psychoanalytic education that is both theoretically rigorous and attuned to the evolving realities of clinical practice. Her vision is to support IMPP as a dynamic and inclusive center for transformative psychoanalytic training.
